Cancellation of Order by Homsara (homsara.com)
Homsara (homsara.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product for any reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded, and the user/customer shall be informed of the same.
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to us on care@homsara.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Also, the user/customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Homsara (homsara.com) and accepts the decision of Homsara (homsara.com) regarding the cancellation.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user/customer (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Homsara (homsara.com) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user/customer.

The item may be damaged during transit, there might be a manufacturing defector, a wrong item is delivered to you, in only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on care@homsara.com
